Seeds

Sowing Tips - Chiles:

(For most open-air plantings) Begin in late Winter or early Spring by placing seeds @2cm deep in shallow trays or small pots. Use a prepared seedling mix soil or sift any bagged potting mix through a sieve to remove large matter. Indoor germination keeps burgeoning seeds warm (on-top-of-the-fridge or near a room heater works well). Sunlight is not required until seedlings put out their first leaves. Keep soil moist, but not wet.

If ordering seeds only, we offer a $1.50 shipping option, available during check out.  Please note: if heavy seeds, such as corn, are in the order, this option may not be available.
