For those who can't decide, the Variety Pack contains 5 flavours:
Hickory, Mesquite, Original, Cajun and Cracked Pepper & Garlic.

Complete with cure pack, 5 seasoning packs, easy shaker bottle and instructions.

Each of the flavours in this kit wil season 4lbs (1.8kg), a total of 20lbs (9kg).
Simply sprinkle on meat, refrigerate 24 hours and finish in your oven, smoker or dehydrator.

Perfect for wild game, beef, fish and poultry of course. But, also great on vegetarian options like mushrooms, eggplant, tofu or even pumpkin.

Ingredients:
CURE: salt, sugar, sodium nitrate (.85%), caramel color; and

HICKORY SEASONING: smart salt concentrate (magnesal), sea salt, pepper, garlic, hickory powder with maltodextrin, spice extractive, not more than 2% soybean oil (refined to be allergen free) and silicon dioxide added to prevent caking.

JALAPENO SEASONING: salt, dehydrated jalapeno and garlic, jalapeno powder, spice, soy sauce [(wheat, soybeans, salt), maltodextrin and salt], spice extractives. Contains soy and wheat.
