The worst review is the best

On March 20 2019 a 1 star review was submitted that ultimately encouraged me to buy this sauce. Everything in the 1 star review is true with the exception of the stomach pains (I didn't get any). This stuff is hot, but you are clearly warned, and if you can't take the heat buy something a little more tame. Having said that it's a flavoursome hot, it's not just hot like the 1 million scoville extract that although hot is also boring hot, this stuff on the other hand is very enjoyable. I found it was surprisingly good on baked potatoes, and also hot chips. I'm not really sure why, but potato seems to be the magic ingredient here to make this work.

Hot as hell

I actually like the texture and if used in small amounts has a great flavour. I had the chili heads at work crying as they did a teaspoon each wow, immediate red eye, noses running uncontrollable weeping unreal bottle does say 25/10 lol killer but I love it.

Stay away

Tasting this sauce is far more of a journey than a flavour. I only ate about 0.5ml on a chip. At first I was surprised that for a sauce that's claimed to be around 3 million SHU it burns slightly less than the Mad Dog at 357k SHU.

However, I wasn't off the hook so easy. The burn goes away quite quickly and transitions to sweating everywhere and shortly after morphs into stomach pain. It feels similar to stomach cramps without the muscles actually cramping. Not a good feeling at all. A solid 20 minutes later and the uncomfortable feeling starts to subside. I can feel like I can move again.

I didn't have enough to leave any noticeable taste in my mouth, thankfully. It's one thing to have an ultra hot sauce to test your limits and feel a burn, but this is just not worth it. If that's what you're looking for then I recommend anything from Mad Dog.
