Mole Paste Negro Oaxaqueño by Mayordomo 450gm

Oaxaca is famous for their mole and Mayordomo is the most well know of all mole producers in Oaxaca.

Mayordomo creates the sauce from the traditional recipe using roasted mulato chilies, chocolate and other spices.

The sauce is easy to use, just heat in a pan with broth. Add chicken to the sauce and allow to simmer.

Ingredients: Chile peppers, sugar, oil, sesame seeds, banana, cookies, onions, peanuts, cocoa beans, raisins, salt, walnuts, almonds, garlic, cinnamon, spices.
