Seeds - Chile New Mexico NuMex Joe E Parker

An improved version of the New Mexico chile named by Mr. Joe E. Parker who was a graduate of New Mexico State University.  Excellent for roasting, stuffing or chopping in a variety of dishes.  With meaty and thick flesh, a mild heat and rich, full flavor you can use this chile pepper in just about everything.  Particularly South Western style dishes.

Plants are medium tall and very productive with smooth shiny pods around 15 - 20cm long.  Ripening bright green through mahogany to red and once picked, individual peppers ripen to red of their own accord.

About 75-90 days to produce ripe fruit.
(capsicum annuum)

Seed count varies ranging from 10-20 seeds per pack depending on supplier - please call ahead for confirmation.
