So good

The texture of the sauce is quite thick, it reminds me of a loose mayo. The flavour is sweet, has definite kick, has the spice mix to give it depth. Really goes well with chicken and fish. A lot of other sauces are little more than hot watery vinegar, this one has much more depth of flavour. In my top three choices.

Excellent sauce

This is possibly my favourite chilli sauce.
It goes very well with potato (baked, hot chips etc.), fish, and chicken, although I think it’s less suited to darker meats.

Fantastic

Buy this now - no chilli sauce connaisseur deserves to be without a bottle of this wonderful sauce. The profile signature is pure Caribbean - fruity palette, a touch of sourness before the Scotch Bonnet unleashes its fury. I was initially skeptical of the price at $15 but upon savouring it I can extend my strongest recommendation.
