A sweeter mustard-style sauce with origins in Trinidad & Tobago where Calypso music and many of the hot peppers we enjoy today are found. To pay tribute to these two vastly different, but culturally significant items, Angry Goat created Dreams of Calypso.

Tropical fruit and Scotch Bonnet peppers with mustard, carrot, and Caribbean spices will remind you of the gentle island breezes, palm trees, sandy beaches, and the sweet harmonies of Island music.

Pair with rice and beans, egg rolls, pulled pork, arepas, poultry, rice, pizza, or eggs.  Also makes a dreamy marinade for grilled chicken! 

Ingredients: Pineapple, Mango, Yellow Scotch Bonnets, Lime Juice, Distilled Vinegar, Prepared Yellow Mustard (distilled vinegar, #1 mustard seeds, salt, turmeric, and spices), Carrots, Yellow Bell Peppers, Cane Sugar, Sea Salt, Granulated Garlic, Allspice.
