The Chile Mojo retail store is open from Tue-Sat, and all online orders will be filled during this time, usually within 24-48 hours* of your order being placed.  Orders placed between Friday afternoon and Monday experience a slightly delayed shipment.

Most parcels will be given Authority to Leave unless you request otherwise.

Both Courier and Australia Post options are offered.  Please select the method most suitable to you and we will endeavor to ship with your preferred carrier.  There are times where we may need to substitute the method of shipment and will do our best to advise you, however if we are unable to contact you we will ship out as soon as possible so as to avoid delay.

Please ensure that the address details that you provide on your order are correct. We are charged, and will pass on, the $15 return fee for any parcels that are returned to us due to an incorrect address.  This is in addition to the cost to re-send to the correct address.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES:
Australia Post Regular: 2-9 business days
Australia Post Express: overnight (2-3 business days in outer zone)
Startrack Priority: overnight (2-3 business days in outer zone)

Not all freight options are available for every address/order.
Also, please note: Express eParcel is not covered in the Express Post guarantee.

INTERNATIONAL parcels are sent with Australia Post Standard which includes tracking (estimated transit time varies).

CARDED FREIGHT couriers will attempt to deliver your parcel but if not possible will leave a card notifying you.  Alternatively, active MyPost users will just receive an email/text/app update.

Chile Mojo will endeavor to ship by your preferred method but reserves the right to use an alternative carrier based on receiver’s address and/or size/weight of order.

Occasionally an order may be returned to us for various reasons such as, non-payment of fees, duties or taxes, incorrect address, unclaimed at post office, etc.  If a package is returned or rejected, we will attempt to advise you in order to arrange re-delivery.  All returns incur a fee which is charged by the carrier.  Additional fees and/or re-shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

Same Day or Next Day Dispatch is usually achieved.  However, it is dependent on a correct receiving address being used, the day of the week that the order is placed and that all items are in stock.  Please contact us should you have an urgent requirement and we will be able to confirm if your order qualifies for Same Day or Next Day Dispatch.

Pick-up In Store - Customers are welcome to collect their order from our retail store located in Adelaide's East during trading hours which are Tue-Fri 10am-5.30pm and Sat 10am-4pm.
Pick-up In Store will only show if your delivery address is located in South Australia.
