It's no joke

Mad Dog 357 is no joke. It gets its name from its certified heat (rarer than you think for super hot sauces) - 357,000 SHU. A single drop can be problematic, I highly recommend eating this with food and not trying to taste it by itself.

The taste is difficult to describe, but it certainly has a flavour underneath than searing heat. The heat, by the way does take a moment to kick in and fair amount of time to subside as you feel it working its way down.
