From Trinidad and Tobago comes this scorching puree of blazing peppers. With a satisfying chunky texture this sauce goes well with everything from BBQs to pizza, eggs to stirfries. A wonderful hot punch and great scotch bonnet flavour.


Ingredients: Aged Pickled Scotch Bonnet Peppers, Water, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Vinegar, Onion Powder, Mustard, Potassium Sorbate, Soybean Oil, Spices, Xanthan Gum, and Colour.

A wonderful harmonious sauce where the vinegar and mustard seem to be perfectly balanced with the peppers, which taste ripe and sweet, with a gently building and pleasantly lingering tingling heat. I can eat this by the spoonful. Completely delicious.

Another Caribbean classic.

Matouks is the benchmark of a good Caribbean hot sauce in my book. This one has great color, nice heat, it's fairly chunky and has a great scotch bonnet flavour. It's not vinegar based so good with most stuff salads included. Get it while it's still in stock, goes quick.
