Walkerswood Fire Stick Jamaican Pepper Sauce 100ml

All the way from Jamaica.  You'll love the subtle, almost sweet flavors enveloped in the heat of this sauce.  Made with West India Red peppers grown in the fields of Jamaica.

While there is no claim to be the hottest pepper sauce, Fire Stick has a good kick which will bring up any savoury dish.   A dash or two will do. This is a classic Jamaican hot sauce which is great for adding a little west-indian heat to any meal.

Ingredients: Hot Peppers, Vinegar, Water, Brown Sugar, Salt, Modified Corn Starch, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Ascorbic Acid (Antioxidant), Potassium Sorbate (Preservative).
