Wow, what an amazing blend.  It goes without saying that this is one hellava complex sauce, but it all comes together with deep umami joy.  A lovely smooth consistency and actually quite versatile.  We love it.

Born from a name (Pink Floyd's Echoes) this sauce is a hypnotic blend of 16 month fermented red habaneros, Chimpy's own 'The Cayenne Tea Follies', fermented Mamey Sapote, smoked cola, fermented Sugar Dragon fruit, roasted pecans and the usual Chimpy jazz.
