Salt Gang BBQ Umami Sauce 200ml

An all purpose brown Chinese BBQ style sauce.

Bringing big umami flavour Salt Gang's BBQ Umami Sauce is also a little sweet and a little spicy.

Fermented bean paste (think hoisin) is mixed with a splash of Salt Gang's Secret Weapon Soy, lively pickled Er Jing Tiao chillies, and lots of roasted sesame.  Perfect as a glaze for Chinese Style BBQ, a dipping sauce for summer rolls, a base of a stirfry, or just dolloped on top of a runny fried egg.
