Guajillo chiles
de Arbol chiles
Allspice, cumin, clove, cinnamon and Mexican Oregano.
The Birria Bundle reflects a ratio of chiles and spices suited to one single home batch. Using Bundle in one go leaves no half-used packages of odd stuff hanging around!
The spices included are what we consider to be a proper ratio for 1.5kg meat yielding about 2 litres / 10 serves. Recipes vary widely. Included in Bundle: a small amount of many items less likely to be in a home pantry.
