A quick easy recipe - dump the following in a pot:
2 425gm cans of kidney beans
1 425gm can of chopped tomatos
1 diced medium low starch potato
1 diced small green capsicum
1 sachet Sazon Goya
Cook, covered over med-low heat until potatos are cooked.
Serve over rice as a side to roasted chicken.
