Salsa Macha is the irresistible, “secret” crunchy and nutty cooking ingredient and condiment you will want to put in and on everything! 

Handmade in Mexico, Salsa Macha is a crushed chilli paste originally from Veracruz, Mexico.  Gran Luchito's Salsa Macha is made from an authentic recipe using a blend of dried Mexican chillies. Ground and fried in oil, we add peanuts for crunch, garlic and a dash of dark agave syrup to balance the flavour.

Hot, smoky, crunchy and nutty, this is absolutely delicious as a condiment and before you know it you will be drizzling it over everything especially if you are a spicy food lover!

Straight from the jar or mixed with mayo, Salsa Macha is delicious topped on Beef Barbacoa Tacos, slathered on corn, drizzled over Mexican scrambled eggs, or marinate steaks for a quick carne asada.
