Chipotles en Adobo sauce are a smoke dried jalapeno (chipotle chiles) in a tomato-vinegar sauce.
There are so many wonderful uses for chipotles en adobo, but add a few (whole or pureed) with a bit of the adobo sauce to soups, stews, and sauces. Or put a whole one on a burger or as a side with an omelet.
Ingredients: Chipotle Pepper, Tomato, Water, Onion, Soybean Oil, Sugar, Iodized Salt, Vinegar, Garlic, Paprika, Spices.
