The recipe for this Mexican Cheese Dip was created by my grandfather, Leo Aguilar.  Leo grew up an orphan in Mexico City who moved to the US and eventually became a doctor.  He passed this recipe down to my mom and now it's my turn to share it with our wonderful pocket of the world, The Fleurieu Peninsula and South Australia.  I hope you enjoy our family creation as much as we do.

Heating instructions:

Ingredients: milk, cream (milk), water, emulsifiers (331, 311 from soy), culture, preservatives (200), acid (33), enzymes, colours (160e, 160a), diced tomatos, tomato juice, jalapeno pepper, water, vinegar, firming agent (E509), preservatives (E211), green capsicum, brown onion, bacon fat, green chiles, lime juice, coriander, salt.
