The first thing that strikes me about this sauce is the acidity. Even though it doesn't taste acidic in terms of being vinegary, it does make my mouth water. I like this quality because it makes me want to go back for more.
I didn't get a chance to taste this with food but I bet it would go well with something fatty like dairy or cheese with all that acidity.
I tasted this almost immediately after the Ass-Kickin' Original and this is slightly hotter. Although I wouldn't be able to pick that it was wasabi as the added flavour. The colour is very different from the original, a light brown instead of the deep red.
If you have a little too much you can feel it in your sinus, in the same way as if you would expect from a little unexpected blob of wasabi.
I think it's interesting enough that I don't have anything to object to but I wouldn't really choose it over most other options in the same price/heat range.
