El Yucateco Habanero and Chiltepin Hot Sauce 120ml (4oz)

This new sauce from El Yucateco is made with chiltepins, a tiny peppercorn-sized chile considered to be the "mother of all chiles."

Chiltepins bring a lovely earthiness to this sauce and also the vibrant orange colour.  The heat builds slowly which gives you time to take in the beautiful earthy citrusy flavour.

Ingredients: water, habaneros, chiltepin chiles, salt, lemon juice, xanthan gum, gellen gum, acetic acid, spices, sodium benzoate.
