Yellowbird's Bliss & Vinegar is simply delightful.  With more chile bite than expected, this is a very worthy sauce. 

On the Hot Ones line-up, it shines with well-balanced flavor and just the right amount of heat.

Quite an unconventional blend of ingredients which join to bring you a tangy and fruity start followed by a mellow burn.  Cinnamon may feel foreign in the realm of hot sauce, but the bird nest crew deftly balance it with tart vinegar, fruity strawberries and the sweetness of the serranos.  All rounded off with coconut milk which gives a delicious creamy mouthfeel.  It absolutely works.

Entirely at home on Thai dishes and in fish tacos, and sure to compliment anything from roast chicken to cheese toasties.

Ingredients: Organic distilled vinegar, organic red serrano peppers, organic rice bran oil, strawberries, organic dates, organic coconut cream (organic coconut kernel extract, water), salt, onions, cinnamon, ginger.
