A South East Asian inspired sauce with a good creeping heat and smooth creamy fruit feel from tropical mango.

Made using fresh West Australian produce with yellow peaches from Kirup, mango from Carnarvon and single origin Peach Candy Kane chilli (a cross between peach habanero & red Trinidad Scorpion Moruga) grown in Bunbury.

Eclectic ingredients which come together beautifully and are perfectly compliment chicken or fish, an Asian noodle salad or dipping sauce for spring rolls and dim sum.

Ingredients: Mango, Yellow Peach, Coconut Water, Coconut Sugar, Spirit Vinegar 10%, Peach Candy Kane Chilli, Organic Lake Salt, Ginger, Coconut Oil, Lemongrass, Turmeric, Kaffir Lime Zest, Coriander Seed, Thai Basil, Galangal Powder.

Extraordinary flavour

Went through this sauce way too fast. It's absolutely stunning on prawns and spring rolls in particular.
