California chiles are also known as Anaheim chiles or New Mexico chiles.  These Green Chiles or Chilacas are mild chiles often used for chiles rellenos. They can also be added to casseroles, stews, soups, and sauces.

A great alternative to other brands like Embasa, Hatch or Ortega.  You just have to do the dicing yourself.
