Experience the rich history of Guacamaya Salsa, founded in 1948 by the couple Don Pablo Gandarilla and Doña Severa del Rincón Bernal in El Rosario, Sinaloa (Mexico).  They've been perfecting the flavors of Mexican cuisine for almost seven decades.

This versatile sauce, like Valentina or Tapatio, can be used in so many ways.  Best on seafood, over fruit like mangoes, cucumbers, watermelons, etc., on chips, scrambled eggs, ceviche, shrimp cocktail or add to instant noodle soup with a squeeze of lime juice.

Ingredients: Water, dried peppers, iodized salt, acetic acid, spices, citric acid, xanthate gum, sodium benzoate as preservative and sodium erythorbate.
May contain FD&C Red no. 40 or FD&C Yellow no.6.
