Djablo Sauce is the first locally produced, family owned and operated small batch Filipino hot sauce in the United States. 

Djablo maker Laura Dadap kicked up the heat for this exclusive recipe using a punchy mix of serrano peppers, Thai chili flake, and dried Scorpion peppers.

Spicy, tangy and flavourful with so many aromatics like ginger and garlic, this Filipino style hot sauce goes great with almost anything, but really shines with asian dishes and Filipino classics like chicken adobo, sisig or lumpia (spring rolls). 

Ingredients: Cane vinegar (cane vinegar, water, and clouding agent (coconut oil emulsion) infused with ginger), serrano pepper, fresh garlic, olive oil, agave, ginger, Thai chile flake, ground chia seed, salt, dried scorpion pepper, spirulina.
