Angry Goat Blistered Shishito and Garlic Hot Sauce 5oz (148ml)

This sauce is creamy, mild, and full of garlic and flavor.  We took the beloved Shishito peppers and fire roasted them just like you would at home.  Then we added olive oil, sea salt, and loads of garlic to create your new favorite hot sauce.  Mild enough for everyone to enjoy liberally.

Add to your favorite salads, potato skins, and veggie dips or use it to top a perfectly seared steak or braised short ribs. 

**NOTE: There are color variations of this sauce - some bottles are lighter, some are darker.  The sauce darkens as it cooks during the bottling process due to the high percentage of olive oil used in the sauce.***

Ingredients: Blistered Shishito Pepper Mash (peppers, vinegar), Distilled Vinegar, Olive Oil, Green Jalapeno Pepper Mash (peppers, vinegar), Vermont Maple Syrup, Dried Minced Garlic, Sea Salt.
