Using Tabasco as a reference point, this sauce is a little less hot and slightly thicker. Although still on the watery side.
The flavour is also similar, but less acidic than Tabasco. The heat does not hit straight away, but does build up. I could be wrong, but it tastes like theres a very slight sweetness like what you would get from sweating down onions.
The saviour of sauces? Sorry I couldn't resit. Overall it's a confident sauce that I would recommend to anyone that likes this style of sauce.
Amazingly the token bible is actually printed with teeny-tiny text. Yep, get your magnifying glass out. I honestly have no idea if they meant the sauce to be a parody or completely serious. Either way it's fun.
