A wonderful complex and interesting sauce.  Marisquera Black is of two El Yucateco seafood sauces.  This one would be simply perfect on oysters but also ceviche, fish tacos, eggs, even stirfries or pizza.

El Yucateco's answer to your sea food addiction.  Its a perfect match for seafood flavours with habanero adding heat and a fruity chile flavor, a black pepper punch and spices.

It has a deep umami flavour with a well rounded medium heat.

Ingredients: Water, habanero peppers, tomato paste, hydrolyzed soy protein, salt, acetic acid (ph control agent), citric acid (acidulant), xanthan gum (stabilizer), spices and sodium benzoate as a preservative.
