Great kids' sauce!

When the tray of hot sauces come out at dinner, this is the first one that the kids reach for. They enjoy the taste, they're part of the "hot sauce experience" and it's not too hot for them.

I think the flavour is good, but it really needs to be combined with something smoky and spicy for my taste.
