Atom Splitter hot sauce is a super spicy mango and guava hot sauce powered by the Douglah 7 Pot chile.

Douglah 7 Pot chiles rank in at 1.8 million SHU (scoville) and have been described as having an earthy floral flavor. The Douglah 7 pots have been combined with the tropical flavor of mangos and guava backed by a pinch of blue agave nectar to round out all the flavors in this nuclear sauce.

Atom Splitter hot sauce goes wonderfully on white meats, tacos, vegan dishes, and more. 

After an initial sweet and smoky burst the heat comes on gradually.  Hot without being punishing.
