That heritage has transcended the past, that pushes through the portals of time to heat, to flavor, and Mardi Gras.

Ingredients: Malt Vinegar, Habanero and Cayenne Peppers, Water, Tomato Paste, Corn Syrup, Fructose, Distilled Vinegar, Worchestershire Sauce, Spices, Garlic, Lime Concentrate, Brown Sugar, Seasoned Salt, Onion Powder, Liquid Smoke, and Salt.

Louisiana Hot Sauce, made in Kansas

Pretty exotic stuff actually. If you include ALL the ingredients in small print on the label, the total comes to 30 -- with no chemicals or cheating, except perhaps for "Caramel Color." We're talking tamarind, paprika, anchovies .... Some thought went into this because it does work. Also the right amount of heat for most applications but moderate enough to let the flavour shine through.
