As seen on The Hot Ones - Season 3

Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce combines an exciting flavor with a sensational heat.

This is our hottest recipe, we use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. Our RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 3 types of vinegar: our own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg's apple cider vinegar and for extra depth of flavor we add in some pure balsamic vinegar.

There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavor but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavor of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich. Our preference is to put it on everything.

We use all-natural ingredients so sometimes the color and heat of the sauce may vary slightly from batch to batch but the taste will be the same!

Ingredients: Fair trade coffee-infused white vinegar, red bell peppers, onions, red habanero hot peppers, apple cider vinegar w/ mother, balsamic vinegar, garlic, olive oil, ginger root, salt and spices.

Please note: Queen Majesty Sauces will always have a short best before date.  If you're concerned, please feel free to call the store before ordering to check the current batch date.

Queen Majesty's best sauce

This red habanero based hot.sauce has the unusual addition of ground coffee beans, and it really works.

I hope Chile Mojo restocks this one, top 5 all time favourite for me.

So delicious

I first heard about this hot sauce on hot ones and noticed guests kept talking about how tasty it was. It is SO good, I put it on just about everything and go through a bottle way too quick. If you want a good hotsauce that isn't over poweringly hot but really tasty qith a nice warmth this is worth it.
