13 Angry Scorpions Hot Sauce - Jekyll & Hyde 150ml

A wonderfully thought-provoking sauce. Nostalgic in the sense of its classic barbecue flavour but brings so much more thought and provocation. I feel like I understand why they called it Jekyll & Hyde - one moment spicy and sweet, the next sour and bitter, and all of those moments blend perfectly and naturally lead into each other, and everything tastes good. The lemon juice feels elevated with a smooth sourness that stands out in a nice way, like hearing a great soprano, and the sauce also tastes very smoky. I think the most compelling part is the bitterness of the moruga scorpion peppers, I seem to just want to taste more and more.

Great flavour sauce, with a nice lasting heat gives the warm mouth feel for a minute or two. Love this sauce not too hot but lets you know your alive 😜
