Chilmole - a Mayan word for “spicy mixture” - can be used in many ways - in soups, as a rub for meats, particularly poulty.  Or mix with broth or water to make an all-round sauce for any Mexican meal.

Charred habanero peppers are blended with garlic and other spices to bring you the exotic taste of a traditional Mayan kitchen. cuisine right on your table.

Storage: Keep in a dry, cool place. Once opened, close tight and store in a dry, cool place.

Ingredients : Corn masa flour, water, salt, spices, garlic, chile habanero, acetic acid and potassium sorbate (preservative 202).

Hallo, I ordered this without really knowing how to use it but started by using a small amount in chillies ... now I use about a square inch/a tablespoon in soups and chilli con carne etc and it's so good. A rich deep flavour and colour, all the spices are there so I just add a little fresh chili. highly recommend you try it.
