Melinda’s Creamy Style Wing Sauce: a spicy condiment of cayenne and habanero peppers.

Great on fried or baked chicken wings, shrimp, salads, wraps, sandwiches and pizza.

Mild, but with the perfect amount of zing for your wings.  A little habanero gives it a distinct flavour and slightly elevated heat.

Ingredients: water, white vinegar, cayenne pepper mash, carrot, canola oil, habanero pepper mash (water, red habanero peppers with seeds), onion, lime juice, salt, garlic, and xanthan gum.
