This ghost pepper sauce is truly a unique stand alone flavour in the lineup. Based with extra virgin olive oil and heavy garlic, we use ghost peppers to bring the heat hard. Sichuan peppercorns, ginger and lemon bring in a citrusy and floral nose that jumps your taste buds into overdrive. The Sichuan peppercorns leave you with a mild tingling or numbing in the mouth. A very interesting sauce with many layers.
