Chile Mojo Arizona Cornbread Mix 400gm

I've dabbled in various other premixed Cornbread and even attempted my own but Chile Mojo's is still my go-to.

As usaul with Chile Mojo branded goods, the included variations and cooking tips are always handy to have on hand.

Whipped up this mix a while back and holy crap it was good. So much flavour in every bite and the additon of the ancho chile really enhances the flavour. Recently just purchased another 3 packs but I think I need to get more!

I decided to make this cornbread when I had my last lot of Chili Con Carne. The bread is easy to make and only takes about 20 minutes to prepare. The taste is exactly like the delicious cornbread I had at El Juans in San Diego some years ago. It's so hard to get the correct ingredients at Coles - but sooo easy just to buy it premixed from Mojo. Just delicious when dipped in the chili con carne juice and even better next morning with some marmalade on it. HANDY HINT! The mix should be very sticky and don't over mix it. Make sure you have the pan well greased, or use baking paper.
