My first Ghosty sauce

Well, I tried this the other day - and it must be the same thing, the one with the purple label. For once on here, I'm going to disagree with the heat level rating of 11 - that's too high - I'd give it a solid 8, no more, only for generalising, it would be a 7 on my personal scale in terms of raw chilli horsepower. Flavour notes? Might be a bit simpleton, think of Tabasco, very strong vinegar profile but on steroids. Worthy of trying.
