A super pepper-forward sauce which is super versatile. Selected hot chiles ferment for months leading to a tangy and surprisingly complex sauce. 

A great, jack-of-all-trades kind of sauce, try it on tacos, bok choy, eggs, grain bowls and all your healthy eats! 

Ingredients: Selected hot peppers (red long peppers, red habanero peppers, red Japaneño peppers, chocolate habanero peppers, bhut jolokia peppers, Trinidad scorpion peppers), water, white vinegar, shallots, cane sugar*, cider vinegar*, oak pellets infusion, garlic, salt, dehydrated scorpion red peppers.
