Our tomatillo salsa is made in Mexico for seriously fresh flavour.

We start with tomatillos which are also known as Mexican husk tomatoes. They may look like small green tomatoes but are closer in relation to a gooseberry with a bright, tart flavour used quite commonly in Mexican cooking. We blend fresh tomatillos with jalapenos, onion and coriander for a marvellously mild yet zingy and tangy salsa.

Try this magnificently mild tomatillo salsa spooned over some easy fish tacos, served with grilled salmon, scooped over a pulled pork burrito bowl, enjoyed with a quesadilla.

Top spicy chicken fajitas, dip with tortilla chips or simply stir it through guacamole for a zingy and tangy twist. The perfect accompaniment for good times with great friends.
