Honestly, I could write a review for all Marie Sharp’s and also Melinda’s hot sauces. I am sure that the GDP of Belize iis made up largely of sales of their sauces. Heat, classic habanero taste, hits the spot so well.
Pretty much pure Habenero pulp with carrot and citrus tones. Great full bodied sauce for small portion foods like wings. 3 heat
This sauce boasts a perfect balance between heat and flavour becuase of its use of carrots. The flavour is nice and the heat is noticeable but not uncomfortable. It would work well with a taco.
