Beautifully ornate and functional to boot.
Mexican molinillos come with a variety of carvings and burned in designs. Held between the palms and rotated briskly by rubbing the palms together the outside rings create a frothy milk. Add Mexican chocolate and a little ground chile and voila - a drink fit for kings.
