Made using the finest mix of local ingredients and imported Mexican chilli.  All our sauces go through a 6 week fermentation process that gives them their distinctive depth of flavour.  A blend of Habanero, Guajillo, Pasilla, Mango and a few other distinctive ingredients will be sure to get your mouth watering.
