Packed with umami flavor, Salsa Marisquera La Negra is deep, dark and rich. Being a seafood sauce by design, this is perfect on fish tacos, grilled salmon, oysters and sushi, but also try on burgers, huevos rancheros and tofu.
This is the Hot version with more chilis, but pretty much still a medium on the Mojo scale.
Ingredients: water, hydrolysed soy protein, salt, corn starch, chili peppers, maltodextrin, wheat fibre, xanthan gum, citric acid, caramel color, spices, capsicum oleoresin, sodium bensoate, sodium sorbate as preservative and sulfur dioxide.
