The Spicy Shark Smoked Maple Sriracha is our twist on a traditional Sriracha.  We balance smoked vegetables with garlic, fermented hot peppers, and a touch of maple syrup.

Leading in with a slight sweet taste from the syrup, the smokiness from the vegetables picks up its natural flavor that levels over your tongue with a rich vividness that ends with a low heat undertone. From breakfast, lunch, and dinner, this sauce is great for sausages, baked beans, poultry, wings, pork chops and just about anything dish that's needing a flavor pick-me-up.
